House Sitting in Long Beach

“This review is LONG overdue - but I wish I could give Kate 200 stars! She was awesome! Our house/dog sitter we've used for years left for college and we were in a jam to find someone for a trip in August. I am INCREDIBLY anxious about having strangers not just in our home, but caring for our 3 dogs. I had a horrible experience about 10 years ago - I'd left my little chihuahua mix with a friend's family to watch while I was traveling for work and they accidentally left the front door open - little Biscuit got out and was hit and killed by a car. Devastated and scarred is an understatement to how that has impacted me when leaving my furry babies with anyone since. But Kate was warm and lovely and cared for our brood like they were her own. We have a large (HYPER) german shep, a smaller 30lb dingo sized mutt, and a small Chiweenie:) Our home was taken care of, our dogs were safe and happy, and we couldn't have been more thrilled to have found someone we can trust! We will eleventy gajillion percent use Kate again! <3”

“Kelsi is great! She stayed at my home with my pup all day while I was out of town. She sent me updates and pictures of my pup which I really appreciated. She did great following his routine and accommodating to my pups behaviors. Overall Kelsi is kind and caring and I’m hoping to book her again soon!”

“We had Jordan stay at our house for two nights to watch our pups who can be difficult when they are outside of their comfort zone. Taking our pups to someone else's house or a kennel simply was not an option. Jordan came by for a meet and greet in advance of our trip and we were confident that everything would go well right away. Our pups, however, were the variable as we didn't know how they would react to being alone with a new person for a long period of time. Jordan kept us updated throughout the entire trip including photos which helped us to worry less and enjoy our trip more. When we got home everything was as clean or cleaner than we left it. And we found out that our normally socially anxious pups slept with Jordan both nights which is a huge testament to her care. We highly recommend Jordan and will be requesting her help again in the near future!!! Thank you Jordan for a great job!”

“Kyle is so amazing with dogs! He's gentle, patient, and intentional with when and where he gives attention/affection, yet he's strong and steady, and can handle a more physical dog. He's also a very active person and will be sure to give your dog plenty of stimulation and steps in. Kyle has a knack for reading dog behaviorisms, what they want/need, and how they are feeling. He has a calm demeanor and his energy seems to make dogs feel more relaxed. I trust him with my high energy pitty Ru more than anyone.”

“We have used Nichole a couple times now, the last being overnights for a week. She was professional and kept us posted on how our puppy was doing regularly. She took great care of Ellie, and our home, which is of course wonderful with someone staying over. An additional bonus, is that she was able to adjust Ellies bedtime schedule so upon our return, she was going to sleep for the night earlier and the last night crazies have been greatly minimized! Will definitely use again!”

He was attentive throughout the whole process, took plenty of pictures during our absence, and left the house in perfect condition. About: I am a 23 year old from the big island of hawaii. I have always loved animals since I was a little girl. I am currently a student online and I find working with animals more of a hobby instead of a job. I grew up around dogs and I always took care of them in the household. I know I am able to take care of dogs and any other animals just the way you would like me to. I hope that I can fulfill your needs and take care of your loved one as if it were my own. Thank you. I am currently unemployed so I am basically always free. I love nature and do not mind walking animals outside. I also am not scared of picking up poop. I will make sure to pick up after your pet whether it be food, or poop in your own home. I will treat your home as if it was my own.

“Lucia was wonderful and deserves 10 stars if I could give them!! From the start she responded quickly to my request, we set up a meet and greet to see if we were the right fit and I knew right away she would be great. We met a second time before leaving so the dogs would be familiar with her and it went off without a hitch! In addition to walking the dogs, sending me photos and videos and updates, I came home to a wonderfully clean home. I can tell she even ran the vacuum over the floors before our return (this did not go unnoticed - with two hairy dogs and black bamboo floors throughout the house every hair shows). I cannot recommend Lucia highly enough!!! It was such a relief to know my furbabies and my home were in good hands!! We will definitely be requesting her services again!”
