We met Tad once prior to using his service, and he was kind, warm and loving towards our cat. We are extremely careful about who we have watch our cat, and we felt like we could trust him. He provided great updates and photos while we were away, was extremely neat and took great care of our place while we were gone, and went above and beyond.
