“This was our first time using Rover and we were heading out of state for the holiday, so I was very nervous. But Vicky came over to meet me ahead of time and made me feel so comfortable. She has several dogs herself and her love for animals is clear when you meet her. She was highly communicative while we were away and sent lots of updates and photos. “We needed to book a pet sitter last minute for a family funeral we needed to leave for, and I reached out to Lindsey and I’m glad we did! She was quick to communicate and kept us in the loop with how our dog, Penny, was doing. A storm was coming in during the evening of our flight home and Lindsey specifically asked that we let her know our flight was coming in as scheduled, so Penny would not be left uncared for if something happened.
