“Katie was a life saver!! My mom and I did a west coast road trip from LA to Seattle, and when we got to San Francisco, we wanted to do the Alcatraz tour but dogs are not allowed. So Katie came to the rescue and watch my doggo for us! She was so kind and reassuring with my dog, and sent me updates knowing that he has separation anxiety. She really helped him relax and feel safe which helped me relax! He had a great time with her going out to brunch and then chilling and napping at her home. It was so great to have peace of mind knowing my bud was safe while we got some touristy things done. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use Katie again! She is wonderful :)”

“Yijia (Kathy) has a calming presence with animals, so she would be great taking care of strangers’ pets. Kathy would frequently hang out in my old apartment with Kira, my old roommate’s dog. Kira LOVES Kathy! She would always proactively jump into Kathy’s lap, play for a little, and eventually fall asleep (still on her lap) so peacefully. Kira is normally a very energetic dog who loves to play fetch and tug of war. I swear Kathy is a dog whisperer.”

I was uncertain about exact dropoff and pickup times and he was extremely flexible with my schedule. Sent me a bunch of pictures and videos throughout Jax’s stay so I could feel reassured about him being okay. When I picked Jax up he was very considerate and wanted to make sure I was able to catch an Uber back to the hotel safely. I assume Jax had a great time because while we were leaving, he kept turning back around to look for Jaden ?. If I’m ever in the area again and need someone I can trust to take good care of Jax, I’ll definitely use Jaden again!”
